1.2 Unique Affiliate Link:
Once your account is created, you will receive a unique affiliate link that you can share with your audience. When someone clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase on our website, you will earn a 30% commission.
1.3 Commission Structure:
We offer a competitive 30% commission rate on qualifying sales made through your affiliate link.
2. Promoting Our Products
2.1 Marketing Materials:
As an affiliate, you will have access to a variety of marketing materials, including banners, text links, and social media assets. You may request these materials by emailing us at: [email protected]. You may use these assets to promote our products and services on your website, blog, social media channels, or other platforms.
2.2 Compliance:
When promoting our products, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our brand guidelines. You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
3. Tracking and Payments
3.1 Tracking:
We use a reliable affiliate tracking system to accurately track sales and attribute them to your affiliate account. You will have access to a dashboard where you can monitor your performance and track commissions.
3.2 Commission Payouts:
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, on or before the 15th of the month for the prior month's sales. Commission payouts are subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100. Payments will be made via PayPal, Direct Deposit, or Check, and you are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
4. Terms and Termination
4.1 Term:
The term of your participation in our Affiliate Program will begin upon acceptance into the program and will continue until terminated by either party.
4.2 Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our terms or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romero Engineering Company, PLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in our Affiliate Program.
6. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
